According to the report, there are significantly more interested parties for the planned newPark industrial estate in Datteln than there is space available on the site.

In the article by Michael Wallkötter, Manfred Gehrke, business promoter for the city of Marl, speaks of a “real shortage of space” and is particularly concerned about existing companies for which there are too few opportunities to expand.
